JOB ANNOUNCEMENT


     The Faculty of Liberal Arts Thammasat University Thailand invites applications for a full-time lectureship in the British and American Studies (BAS) International Programme at Tha Prachan
Campus. A multidisciplinary undergraduate degree conducted in English, the BAS major integrates the study of culture, literature, history, political dynamics, digital media, and
communication of the United States and the United Kingdom to help students become well rounded global citizens-workers in our digitally and globally interconnected world.

The teaching load is 3/3, with the option of summer instruction. Research assistance and promotion to assistant, associate, and full professor are highly prized and supported.


Desired Qualifications
     Qualified applicants will have a graduate degree (master’s or doctoral) that reflects expertise in international relations, foreign affairs, transnational studies, and/or global politics, along with
specializations in British politics, British government, and/or British economy. The academic field is open. Those who possess a PhD, experience teaching in diverse intercultural context, and
a background in British and/or American Studies will be highly desired.
